This policy explains what information Eagle Digital Ltd collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and how we look after it. We keep data collection to a minimum and we never sell your information.
Who we are
Eagle Digital Ltd is a digital consultancy based in Yorkshire, working with businesses across York, Leeds and across Yorkshire. If you have any questions about this policy or your data, pleaseget in touch.
Information we collect
When you complete our contact form we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, company name, the nature of your enquiry and your message. We use this only to respond to you and to discuss the work you are asking about.
Enquiries reach us by email. We do not store contact form submissions in a public-facing database on this website.
Google user data
Our internal reporting tool uses the Google Ads API, with your permission, to read campaign performance for accounts we manage on our clients' behalf. It reads daily figures such as impressions, clicks, cost and conversions, and stores them in that client's private reporting database for the client's own reporting. We keep this data while we provide reporting to that client, and delete it, and revoke our access, within 30 days of that work ending. It never changes anything in a Google Ads account, and we do not sell this data or share it with anyone else. Access can be removed at any time from your Google Account's third-party access settings. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Lawful basis
We process your enquiry on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to potential and existing clients, and where relevant to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as needed to deal with your request and for our legitimate business records. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Security and third parties
This website sits behind Cloudflare, which helps protect it and deliver it quickly. Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce spam and abuse. These services may process limited technical information, such as your IP address, to provide security.
We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not share your enquiry with third parties for marketing.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to how we use it. To make a request, please contact us. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
